注重自主研發，加強企業核心競爭力

?創新研究。公司堅持科技創新，每年研發投入占銷售收入5%以上，與四川大學、東華大學、南通大學等高校產學研合作，建有江蘇省企業技術中心、工程技術研究中心、研究生工作站等研發機構。

Technology innovation.The company adheres to scientific and technological innovation, with annual R & D investment accounting for more than 5% of sales revenue. We establishes research cooperation with Sichuan University, Donghua University, Nantong University and other universities. The company has built R&D institutions such as Jiangsu Enterprise Technology Center, Engineering Technology Research Center, and Postgraduate Workstation.

?人才團隊。新帝克的研發團隊是一支銳意進取、知識水平較高的團隊，其中高級職稱5人，中級職稱13人，博士3人，碩士7人，研發技術人員占公司總人數22%。
